“Celestial Blue” in Italian, think Elsa the Ice princess, a flash of a sardine, a frosted butterfly wing or disco eyeshadow. These incredible Italian pigments come together using a bit of fluorescent pigment and a lot of metallic pigment. If you layer this paint, and play with water ratio, you can get a deeper silvery blue, or just a frosty blue shimmer.
