We invite you into the studio to play with the magic of watercolor. Using basic watercolor techniques, we will focus on the balance between what is near (bold, colorful, and distinct) and what is far (muted, simplified, and atmospheric) to create dynamic landscape paintings inspired by the New Mexican high desert.

This is a perfect follow up to Sean’s Magic Sky class, and is equally perfect on its own. All skill levels are encouraged to attend, and all materials provided.

Sean Hudson is an Albuquerque based painter with a great love and curiosity for art and its ability to transform our perception of the world. He’s a working studio artist and a passionate teacher with a particular aptitude for encouraging and inspiring personal narratives and unique styles at all levels in the artistic path.
