Fluorescent blue is a very bright, brilliant synthetic pigment. On it’s own, bright turquoise to sky blue, mixed with Fluorescent yellow makes the incredible fluorescent green shown in the the pics, and mixed with fluorescent pink, you get gorgeous purple.
Daylight fluorescent pigments have a bright, glowing appearance. Their vividness can be increased by applications over a white ground.
