Shipping Domestic

Orders are processed in and ship from Santa Fe, NM, U.S.A. You will receive an email confirming your order directly after order placement.

You will receive another email confirming shipment within 14-30 business days. All shipments are sent out using USPS First Class, Priority Mail or Flat Rate Priority Mail. Customers in the U.S. can expect their package within 7–21 business days after order placement.


Shipping International

Orders are processed in and ship from Santa Fe, NM, U.S.A. You will receive an email confirming your order directly after order placement.

You will receive another email confirming shipment within 14 business days. International customers can expect their package 14–30 days after order placement.

LDBA is not responsible for payment of any customs duty on international orders.


Returns

Because many of our items are limited edition and made by hand, we cannot offer returns or refunds on these items. For those items available for return, LDBA will accept merchandise in its original condition for exchange or store credit when accompanied by the original sales slip or email. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Returns must be made within 5 business days of their receipt. Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund.

Because our class sizes are limited, we are not able to refund registrations. We will, however, try to accomodate you in the next scheduled class if you have an emergency.

If you receive a package and your item is damaged or in need of repair please email us directly at ldbabrooklyn@gmail.com.

We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

LDBA will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
