Celestial Pink in Italian, think frosted pink dreams, sparkle pony castles in an ice cream glitter sky. These incredible Italian pigments come together using a bit of fluorescent pigment and a lot of metallic pigment. If you layer this paint, and play with water ratio, you can get a deeper pink, or just a frosty pink shimmer.
